Terms & Conditions

What to Expect

These Terms & Conditions outline how our Pest Prevention Plans work so you know exactly what to expect when you choose A1 Exterminators for your home protection.

Service Term

Each plan runs for one year and will automatically renew unless you cancel.
Services are provided on the schedule outlined in your chosen plan (Gold, Platinum, or Diamond).
If pests covered under your plan return between scheduled visits, we’ll return at no extra cost (based on the callback allowance for your plan).

Scheduling & Visits

You’ll receive service reminders before each scheduled visit.
Most follow-up services are performed outside only, unless you request interior treatment for an active issue.
Complimentary seasonal invader services (when included) are by request and must be scheduled.

Billing

The first payment is due at your initial service.

Payment options:

Monthly billing – equal monthly payments by credit card
Per service billing – charged to your credit card after each completed visit
Additional services for pests not covered under your plan can be added for an extra charge.

Cancellations & Changes

You may cancel with at least 30 days’ notice before your next scheduled service.
If more than 3 months have passed since your last service and you want to reinstate your plan, an initial service charge will apply.
Please notify us if you sell your home so we can stop service at that address.

Coverage Notes

Each plan lists the specific pests covered. Pests not included in your plan can be treated for an additional fee.
Some services (such as roof rat control, honeybee removal, or major exclusion work) are not included and may require separate pricing.
We follow all environmental and safety guidelines, including pollinator protection. Honeybees are not treated unless they pose a direct threat—whenever possible, we work with local beekeepers for safe relocation.
