What’s Included:
Quarterly Visits – Service four times a year: spring, summer, fall, and winter.
Initial Service – Interior and exterior treatment, rodent control with tamper-resistant bait stations, termite monitoring (4–6 stations), sealing of up to 12 small holes/openings, and web removal up to 20 feet.
Follow-Up Visits – Exterior treatments, maintenance of bait stations, web removal, and termite monitor inspections; interior service upon request for active issues.
Callbacks – As needed between scheduled visits.
